Whether you're looking to add a fresh touch to family favorites or try something completely different, this class will inspire you to make this Thanksgiving unforgettable.

Here’s what’s in store for today:

1.Creative Turkey Alternatives
We’ll explore delicious alternatives to the traditional roast turkey. Grilled apple cider, orange & sage brined boneless turkey.

2.Innovative Side Dishes
Elevate your sides with unique takes on the classics! We’ll make dishes like roasted beets & pumpkin topped with goat cheese & brussels sprouts with balsamic glaze with dried cranberries and nuts.

3.Modern Takes on Stuffing
Reinvent this beloved dish by trying out creative combinations, couscous-based stuffing packed with nuts, herbs, and dried fruits.

4.Non-Traditional Sauces
We’ll craft unexpected sauces to accompany your meal, pomegranate gravy, or even a zesty herb-infused chimichurri to pair with meats and vegetables.

5.Reimagined Desserts
For dessert, we’re taking a step beyond pumpkin pie! You’ll learn how to create delicious alternative like stuffed baked apples in pastry with crunchy caramel topping.

Pasta-Themed Cooking Class!

We are thrilled to have you here as we embark on a culinary journey centered around one of the most beloved dishes in the world—pasta! Whether you’re a beginner in the kitchen or a seasoned cook, today’s class is designed to teach you the secrets of crafting delicious pasta dishes from scratch.

In this class, we’ll cover:

1.The Art of Making Fresh Pasta
Learn how to mix, knead, and shape homemade pasta dough, from silky fettuccine to delicate ravioli.

2.Sauce Perfection
We’ll dive into classic sauces like rich, creamy Alfredo, tangy marinara, and aromatic pesto, and how to match them perfectly with different types of pasta.

3.Cooking Techniques
Understand the key techniques, including proper pasta boiling, seasoning, and finishing with sauces to create a restaurant-quality dish.

4.Tasting and Presentation Tips
After all the hard work, we’ll plate our dishes with flair and share tips on how to make your pasta look as good as it tastes.

Throughout the class, feel free to ask questions, experiment, and most importantly, have fun! We want you to leave with new skills, confidence, and the knowledge to recreate these dishes at home.

Chef Rick will demo creative roasting, sauteing, and marinating techniques for seasonal vegetables that will make your Holiday guests ask for more. Coach Sara will provide surprising tips you’ve probably never ever heard about on why eating “in season” produce is important AND how to create a mindful holiday experience you and your family will remember.
